EuroRolete: a complete production infrastructure + a new site with SEO
The context
EuroRolete.md is a fast-growing manufacturer of roller shutters: more and more orders, a bigger team, new machinery on the production floor. As in many manufacturing companies, the IT side had grown "on the fly" — a switch added when needed, a cable run wherever it could go, a computer plugged in wherever there was a free outlet.
The company had reached the point where its improvised infrastructure was starting to hold back the very growth that had created it.
The problem
The factory network was undocumented: no one could say with certainty what equipment was connected where and what would happen if a switch went down. There was no segmentation â production machinery, office computers and guests' phones all sat on the same network, which meant a problem in one area could spread anywhere. Troubleshooting any incident started from scratch, hunting for cables across the floor.
At the same time, the company's website was old and practically invisible on Google: customers searching for roller shutters found the competition, not the manufacturer.
The solution
We designed and built the complete production infrastructure, from the physical to the logical layer. We started with structured cabling of the floor and offices — clean runs, labeled patch panels, documentation for every network port. On top of the physical layer we built a VLAN-segmented network: production, offices and guests kept separate, with a firewall and clear rules between zones — an incident on the guest network can no longer reach the machinery.
We installed a local server for internal applications, with automatic backup, and configured secure remote access for administration and for the management team. Everything is monitored 24/7, with alerts before a problem becomes an incident.
In parallel with the infrastructure work we completely redesigned the EuroRolete.md site and worked on on-page SEO: a clear product-category structure, content optimized for customers' real searches, correct meta data and good load speed.
