- Usage data collected anonymously through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, traffic source, device type).
- Technical log data generated automatically by our infrastructure (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, date and time of access.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to your requests and provide the quotes you ask for (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps), to improve and secure the site (legitimate interest), and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect the essential functions of the site.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with service providers who help us operate the site, under confidentiality obligations: Google (Analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting and CDN security). These providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, with adequate safeguards.

We keep contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and meet our obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
