We start with an assessment: which applications and data you have, how they are connected, what depends on what. Based on it we choose the right strategy for each system — rehost ("lift and shift"), replatform or refactor — we do not move everything blindly. We migrate data in stages, test each service in the new environment before making it live and cut the transition (cutover) in a planned window, usually at night or on the weekend, so that users do not feel the interruption.
After migration, a badly configured cloud costs more than the old server. That is why we optimize from the start: we size resources to real consumption, enable auto-scaling and cost alerts, and leave you a predictable bill, not surprises at the end of the month. We then stay to operate the environment, with monitoring and a written SLA.

How we work
We start with a free audit of the current infrastructure and a migration plan with estimated costs — both for the project and for the monthly cloud bill afterwards. We migrate in stages, with a test environment validated before each cutover and a rollback plan ready, so that the business continues while we move the systems. At the end you receive the complete documentation of the new environment and, if you want, we keep operating it, with a response within 30 minutes to critical incidents.
