NVA TIR Company: a Transport Management & Logistics app with AI
The context
NVA TIR Company works in transport and logistics — a field with a huge flow of paperwork. A large part of the daily work meant reading PDF reports by hand and typing the data into systems manually.
That process was slow, repetitive and error-prone — people's time spent on mechanical work instead of the decisions that matter.
The challenge
Automating report processing looked like the obvious answer, but there was a catch: logistics and financial data is sensitive. Sending it to an external AI service in a public cloud was not an acceptable option for confidentiality.
They needed real artificial intelligence to 'read' the documents — without those documents ever leaving their own infrastructure.
The solution
We built a Transport Management & Logistics application with AI integration. PDF reports are read automatically using modern AI, running on a self-hosted LLM server — the data never leaves the company's infrastructure, which provides maximum security.
As a result, much of the manual work of processing data from PDF reports was fully automated. As on the other projects, we set up a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions for automated, predictable releases.
